These terms govern your use of NinetyFive (“Service”), operated by Numerata Inc (“we”, “us”). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

NinetyFive provides AI-powered code completion. Ultra subscribers get custom models trained on their codebase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer our models or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your Code

You own your code. We need a license to process it through our service and, for Ultra subscribers, to train your custom model. We don't claim any other rights to your code.

Our Stuff

The Service, including our models, software, and branding, belongs to us. You get a license to use it while you're a subscriber.

Payment

Ultra is billed monthly. Cancel anytime, you will be refunded for unused usage.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. AI-generated completions may contain errors. Review and test your code.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numerata Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept them.

Disputes

These terms are governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
