Numerata Inc (“NinetyFive”, “we”, “us”) operates ninetyfive.gg. This policy explains how we handle your information.

What We Collect

• Code Snippets: Code sent to our service for completion. We automatically exclude binary files, files in your .gitignore, and files encrypted with git-crypt.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics like request counts and latency metrics.
• Payment Information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We don't store payment details.

How We Use Your Data

Free tier: Code is processed for completions only. Your code is never used to train models.

Ultra tier: Code is used to train a model customized to your codebase. We retain the code used to train this model and the model itself for up to 14 days since the last time it is used.

What We Don't Do

• We don't train shared models on your code
• We don't do cross-tenant training
• We don't process files you've excluded via .gitignore or git-crypt
• We don't sell your data

Data Sharing

We only share data with service providers essential to operating the service (hosting, payments). We'll comply with valid legal requests.

Enterprise

Enterprise deployments can run entirely within your infrastructure. Options include zero-retention, custom retention windows, and isolated training with no-egress policies. Contact hello@ninetyfive.gg for details.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit. Enterprise customers can deploy with private endpoints, on-prem connectivity, and data residency controls.
